Bluppy is the son of Guppy and Guppette. He lives in their house in Hex City. Unlike his father he is very energetic and very observant. He can be seen climbing up tall trees or structures, or just simply flying high up, to get a better view of a place as he enjoys the perspective of being high up.

Structure
Bluppy is tall and blue. He has blue fur, and underneath that, tan skin. His hands have sharp retractable claws. Even though he does not have ears or a nose, he can still hear and smell with psychic abilities. Like any other creature in SP, his heart makes him immortal and he can also morph into anything he wants, however the default shape is the one he is seen in most of the time.
Abilities
Like any creature in SP, Bluppy has the option to use any ability or power. However as a preference he likes using water and ice.
Some notable attacks are:
- Breath of fresh air: Bluppy blows freezing air at his opponent, freezing them and everything around.
- Hexice: Bluppy starts making frozen hexahedral ice structures in the air that fall onto the opponent from above.
- Reverse Glacier: Water starts swarming around the opponent and mounding over them, as it also starts to freeze over from the outside.
Forms
- Super: Blue tentacles start coming out from Bluppy's back, all abilities buffed
- Super 2: Bluppy turns into a lighter blue color with ice forming around his limbs, abilities buffed even further
- Super 3 (Ice Warrior): Bluppy turns white and is encased in icy armor with an ice crown, with even further buffed abilities
