Dan Backslide is a humanoid green creature who lives in SP, which is a headcanon guest based on the character of the same name from "The Dover Boys" (1942). In SP, he is not a villain but rather a happy resident enjoying his life and sitting in the parks all over Hex City. Occasionally he will blow bubbles through a bubble pipe while dozing off or talking to other creatures. Unlike his original appearance, he isn't grumpy, but still very expressive with his face and body gestures. Sometimes he will also ride his signature runabout with some other creatures outside of the city to slowly cruise past interesting sites.

Structure
Dan Backslide is a tall, green, human looking creature with a large nose and lanky proportions. He wears a purple suit, purple pants, and a pink undershirt. He has long arms and legs that can bend in many different ways, and usually wears black shoes with a white accent. His hair color is black. He is hollow inside, as the space inside of him is infinite. His mouth, nose, ears and eyes send all senses to the heart. Like any other creature in SP, his heart makes him immortal and he can also morph into anything he wants, however the default shape is the one he is seen in 99% of the time.
Abilities
Like any creature in SP, Dan Backslide has the option to use any ability or power. However as a preference, he likes using smoke and mechanical magic. Some notable attacks are:
- Hark: Dan blows a big puffy smoke cloud in the shape of the word "hark" towards his opponent.
- Smokenado: Dan blows a big smoky tornado towards his opponent with heavy and polluted air.
- Ram: Dan runs into his opponent with his runabout.
- Spearbutt: Dan lunges towards his opponent head first, going at bullet like speeds and inflicting massive blunt damage.
Forms
Dan has many different forms that each have a specific role to execute a certain action.
- Super: Skin turns slightly blue and suit turns red, all abilities buffed
- Super 2: Skin turns slightly purple, suit turns green, all abilities buffed even further
- Super 3: Body starts glowing with a menacing red aura and smoke starts coming out of Dan's ears and nose, he becomes intangible with even further buffed abilities
- Corrupt: Dan has one eye, two tufts of hair resembling horns, and his head gets enlarged. His hands turn into claws and his body turns into something that looks like it was fused with a runabout. Spines run down his back, and he wears his scarf.
