Meladom is the "Lord of Soil", and is one of the Elemental Lords. He can be spotted all over the field sector of SP burrowing into the ground or wandering caves. He is primarily active during the night, but can still be often seen exploring during the day time as well. He may look intimidating, which he does intentionally, but he is very friendly towards all the other SP creatures. He often helps them build things when they require some kind of soil modification, such as building things inside the Underground Snowlands or the cave systems of Sunset Hill.
Profile
Structure
Meladom is a creature that somewhat looks like a hybrid between a worm and a mole. He has no fur, but his skin is smooth and warm. There are two stone pieces on his body, one covering the chest and one covering the pelvis region. Both can be taken off revealing his plain brown body, but he almost never does this as he was created wearing them. His hands have retractable claws, and he also has a retractable spike at the back of each foot. On top of his head are yellow hair like spikes, and he also has two long green tails with boulders at their tips. His mouth and eyes send all senses to the heart. Even though he does not have ears or a nose, he can still hear and smell with psychic abilities. Like any other creature in SP, his heart makes him immortal and he can also morph into anything he wants, however the default shape is the one he is seen in 99% of the time.
Abilities
Like any creature in SP, Meladom has the option to use any ability or power. However, as a preference, he likes using earth magic. His attacks can be felt from long distances away, as a lot of them make the ground tremor on a grandiose scale.
Some notable attacks are:
- Hungry Earth: Meladom makes the earth open below his opponent, seemingly swallowing them and piling a bunch of rocks on top to cover it up.
- Storm of Soil: Meladom conjures the ground around him to behave like a liquid, storming and bashing into the opponent with waves, causing a lot of blunt damage with rocks smashing into them.
- Fossilize: Meladom smashes his opponent between two massive boulders, casting them inside.
- Domain of Soil: Meladom concentrates as the ground starts to shake violently around him, cracking in several places. Massive stone hands start climbing out of newly formed tremors attempting to snatch the opponent and drag them underground, or punch them, squish them, and so on. The ground restores to its previous state after the attack.
Forms
Meladom has many different forms that each have a specific role to execute a certain action.
- Super: Brown body turns into black stone with more buff proportions, all abilities buffed.
- Super 2: Moss starts growing all over Meladom and the green core on his body starts powering up. All abilities buffed even further.
- Super 3: Four massive stone arms grow out of Meladoms back and surround him. His green core now also fires powerful solar lasers. He becomes intangible with even further buffed abilities.
- Super Pure: Meladom turns into a small instance of orange shining light about half a meter in diameter. Collision with this very bright ball causes massive damage, nearly infinite.
